Bullying in a medium secure unit

What is it about?

This study focuses on the nature and prevalence of bullying in an inpatient setting. It explores whether the bullying behaviours are direct (observable) or indirect (difficult to identify) and how much of this occurs on differing wards.

Why is it important?

There is only one other study published to date focussing on this area. Majority of publications focus on prisons or high secure hospitals. Therefore, will enable identification of suitable intervention specifically for medium secure settings.
