What is it about?

Both Credit Card Fraud management and research lack Strategic Management. This leads to fraud risk departments being underappreciated, not backed up appropriately in their core projects and under heavy pressure when underperforming. This work illustrates who stakeholders are, what they expect, how to measure the adequacy to those expectations and, ultimately, how to outline long-lasting strategies for fraud risk departments.
