What is it about?
The current paper discusses the survey findings of whistleblowers. It was found that male employees who are married, are highly educated, are aged 46-55years, hold senior positions in their organizations, and work in the private sector were significantly more likely to have actually blown the whistle and were not motivated by financial rewards in so doing.
