Why is it important?
This is the first paper that focuses on the factors that influences professionals' decisions regarding what graphic symbol set to use with their clients. The findings provide an overview of the current situation in inclusive primary schools in two different countries.
Perspectives
This paper aims to contribute to the scant literature about graphic symbol sets selection and also to sparkle a discussion between academia, industry and practice.
