Adapting to these advancements necessitates substantial economic investments and professional recalibration, potentially impacting the productivity and efficiency of an organization. In response to the challenges, the AI marketplace emerges as a promising solution, offering customers the flexibility to access a diverse ecosystem of third-party AI applications matching their specific needs. We propose AI marketplace adoption and implementation model (AIM²), a comprehensive framework that encompasses a wide range of factors affecting an AI marketplace adoption.
