knowledge integration mechanisms mediate leadership styles in ES post-implementation phase

What is it about?

knowledge integration mechanisms are important as a tool for leaders to manage a chaos in ES post-implementation phase. Leaders have their own styles or behaviour in managing their subordinate. This study empirically investigate two leadership styles namely trransformational and transactional leadrship styles.

Why is it important?

empirically exhibit the important of nurturing knowledge integration mechanisms by the leaders in organisations. Leaders should implement more transactional leadership styles and knowledge integration mechanisms as a tool to ensure the successful implementation of ES. This study also highlighted which knowledge mechanisms should give more priority in ES post-implementation phase.

i really hope this study could give the exposition to the leaders the important of implementing knowledge integration mechanisms by giving more attention on certain mechanisms and what kind of behaviour the leaders should adapt.
