Why is it important?
Recent studies have shown that most of the clients of architects consult them for residential designs. These clients often do so for their personal houses, While some come back to the same architect for their next project, others seek out another architect depending on their experiences with the previous one. It is therefore important to identify the factors that affect the satisfaction and possible retention of this category of clients.
