We explore how the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics (KSAO) of startup founders influence their strategic management decisions and resilience in uncertain environments. For that purpose, we perform a Bibliometric-Systematic Literature Review (B-SLR), and we integrate bibliometric mapping and content analysis.
