What is it about?
The study investigates how migrant entrepreneurs navigate challenges in entrepreneurial settings with constraints. Twenty-three individuals were interviewed using a method aimed at uncovering innovative ideas. We explored how migrant entrepreneurs tackle obstacles and achieve success, employing a flexible approach that capitalises on opportunities, collaboration with social networks, and innovation. Our findings highlight their determination to succeed despite adversity. The study proposes that these insights could inform the development of training programs to enhance entrepreneurs’ adaptability and forward-thinking. Furthermore, it suggests that fostering inclusivity in these settings could further enhance the success of migrant entrepreneurs.
