The study examines the dynamic interaction among globalisation, income inequality and poverty in MINT countries. It uses overall globalisation index and multidimensional poverty index.

Why is it important?

The uniqueness of the study lies in the fact that it uses a Bayesian VAR approach as against the classical VAR. More importantly, the authors defined the prior mean and variance based on the structural break unit test root as against the Letterman/Minnesota priors.
