What is it about?

Context and leadership are important considerations for school success. Using three complex school cases of successful school leadership, this paper describes three open systems models of successful school leadership that show how school leaders work with complex contexts to lead school success. The cases are all from Australia and include a rural primary school, a Catholic primary school and a remote school serving an Indigenous community.
