What is it about?

This paper investigates how teacher trainees share information related to teacher training on Facebook, and how this sharing of information is connected to how they position their identity.

Why is it important?

The paper demonstrates how the sharing of information on Facebook is related to different identity positions. No previous library and information science-studies have been presented that explore the relationship between the identity of learners and the information sharing activities in which they engage, in the context of social media or in relation to teacher training.

Perspectives

This is the third paper of my PhD thesis in Information Studies that will be completed during 2018.
