What is it about?

From a phenomenological perspective, this article outlines knowledge formation in consciousness and its expression in objectivity through documents. The new knowledge perspective distinguishes between theoretical/normative knowledge and situated knowledge. This new perspective expands the current knowledge view and presents several implications for understanding knowledge creation in consciousness and the knowledge organization and management in organizations.
