What is it about?
The value of historic concrete buildings and the need for their protection have only recently been understood. The developed legislations should guide their conservation, but when brought to practice, they show limitations. Clear guidelines should be developed and a team of experts should be involved in conservation projects. The strategies for the re-used of these buildings should be entrusted to a team and ordinary people should be involved.
