What is it about?

The adaptive reuse of heritage buildings is a hot topic in Cairo due to its wide range of benefits. However, the reuse shall imply certain rules and regulations to achieve its goal. This was not done before and this research presents how to adaptively reuse heritage buildings to achieve three main goals: Heritage conservation, community development, and the success of new function.
