What is it about?

In this paper, we study the case of the French subsidiary of an MNE from BRIC, which is a world leader in its domain. In our analysis of the case of this French subsidiary, we identify the human resource challenges that an MNE from BRIC faces when it goes international and the best human resource practices to deal with those challenges.
