What is it about?
This study looks at how Knowledge Management Practices (KMP) impact educational infrastructure and human resource development in universities. It focuses on how support from institutions and readiness for technology influence these relationships. The research was conducted with lecturers, staff, and academic leaders from Indonesian higher education institutions. The findings show that KMP improves educational infrastructure, human resource development, and institutional performance. Additionally, institutional support and technological readiness help strengthen these effects. This study is important for university leaders and policymakers, providing insights into how to better implement KMP to improve educational outcomes and organizational performance.
