What is it about?
This article traces the design and decision making processes of institutional leaders in establishing a micro-credential initiative at a large research-intensive university. The development process resulted in a governance model that allowed for flexibility of offerings, but also established a taxonomy that ensured consistency and credibility of the awarded credentials.
