What is it about?

This study explores how peace and security impact the professional growth of educators in Syria. We found that a peaceful and secure environment positively influences educators' development. However, current government interventions are not fully effective. The findings suggest the need for better-targeted policies to support educators, which can improve the quality of education in Syria. By creating a supportive environment, educators can better contribute to their students' learning and the overall educational system. This research highlights the importance of peace and security in schools for the well-being and effectiveness of teachers.
