It is unique because McGregor's Theory X and Theory Y is applied to higher educational institutions. The relationship between teaching style and specific motivators in the class and on the job, preferred teaching methods and classroom management techniques were investigated.
Perspectives
There is scope for continuing research with this model in other countries and contexts. Hence there is scope for collaborative work.
