We developed the Goal Achievement Scale in Colleges of Education

What is it about?

We developed the Goal Achievement Scale in Colleges of Education (GASCE) to measure how well students in Nigerian colleges achieve their goals. The scale assesses six areas: critical thinking, committed teaching, high motivation, intellectual fitness, professional fitness, and social fitness. We tested the GASCE with 450 participants and found it reliable and accurate. This tool helps educators and policymakers understand and improve educational performance. The GASCE is a valuable new resource for enhancing education quality in Nigerian colleges.
