What is it about?
This study looks at how university faculty in Japan use the case method (CM)—a teaching style where students discuss real-world problems in class—to build critical thinking and decision-making skills. It focuses on the experiences of professors at a top Japanese business school and explores both the benefits and the difficulties of using this approach, especially in a culturally different and increasingly digital learning environment.
