What is it about?

Environmental issues have become problematic not only in the developed countries but also in the emerging markets. Environmental problems have been attributed to corporate activities. To solve these problems many institutions and regulations have been promulgated by various governments. Despite this, failure of the regulatory institution to hold corporations still persist.
