Information ecology in digitalising welfare services: a multi-level analysis

What is it about?

Welfare services have been strongly affected by digitalisation and increasing citizen engagement. We examine and re-interpret the concept of "information ecology" in this changing context with the help of an empirical study. Technology affects care organisations’ information ecologies in numerous – often invisible – ways, which this study brings into light.
