What is it about?
This paper proposes an adaptive temporal movement primitives (ATMPs)-based method inspired by alpha motor neurons to predict lower limb movements in weight - loading exoskeletons, which decomposes movements into primitives, uses online adaptive algorithms, shows high prediction accuracy and long prediction horizon in experiments across various locomotion modes, outperforms related methods, and has potential for wider applications in wearable systems and rehabilitation robotics.
