What is it about?
This paper demonstrated the scope of social media marketing and its application in the real world . Real world experience was quoted to demystify the hurdles of implementation. It validated the actions in SMM is applicable to all areas for business, Service Organisations, Government, and NGOs.

Why is it important?
The paper is simple to read, support with ample research and real world example. I also made use the personal experience in building up the SMM of the Rotary District 3450 to support the research findings and the implications We won the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2016.
Perspectives
Many business owners and managers thought that the social media marketing are for young people only. However, with this paper, we aimed to make it simple to read and understand with a view to promoting the importance of SMM for any organisation management and take the first step to implement to help the sustainability of any organisation.
