Why is it important?
As open access gained momentum in India too, this study explores awareness and use of open access resources among library users of select Universities under study i.e. Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and Pondicherry University (PU).
Perspectives
This research paper is first of its kind. While gone through the review of related literature, could not found a single article on familiarity and utilization of open access resources among university library users. I have also tried to give suggestions for maximum utilization of OA resources among library users.
