What is it about?
XML is a popular way to makes document more meaningful using meaningful markups. This paper automates the selection of suitable markups to improve the search on information in the form of XML document.

Why is it important?
This work uses two type of filters in the query to improve the search on XML document. The first filter determines the granularity of information to be returned, while to second filter ensures the concepts used to refine the query is context relevant.
Perspectives
The research in this article is part of the effort to promote the usage of structured or semi structured resources by making the access to the resources easier.
