Why is it important?

Supporting HIV-positive workers is an issue of social responsibility and an economic necessity for employers. HIV-positive workers can remain productive and healthy for many years if able to access appropriate HIV management support.

Perspectives

This paper has been downloaded more than anything else I have ever written. It is clearly tapping into an unmet need for information on this vital topic - vital for a range of humanitarian and economic reasons.
