What is it about?
Long-term effectiveness studies are rare in workplace health promotion. In our research, we examined sickness absence trends and financial outcomes of a comprehensive, multi-year intervention. Over the eleven-year period, we observed a clear 38% reduction in sickness absences among the male-dominant workforce.
