What is it about?
When the pandemic started to impact Canadian society in March 2020, there was a pressing need to understand how employers and employees were navigating the changing work environment. We conducted seven focus groups with individuals working in a variety of sectors, and developed a conceptual model, C⁴AR, that highlights the role of communicate, coordinate, connect and community in supporting workplace adaptation and recovery.
