Sense of security when new at work: a thematic analysis of interviews with young adult retail workers in Sweden

What is it about?

Using a health promoting perspective, this study complements the existing perspectives of challenges faced by novices as they enter working life within the retail labor market. A thematic analysis based on interviews with young adults show that the sense of security is associated with safe work practices and support.
