What is it about?
Food waste in the hospitality sector poses a major challenge to sustainability, and effective training for hospitality students is key to addressing this issue. This study shows that hands-on learning methods are more effective than traditional approaches in transforming students' negative attitudes towards food waste into sustainable actions.
