Farm to college: community engagement, learning and addressing food security while growing local foods on a Midwest college campus

What is it about?

This paper is about the potential of a small college campus urban garden project from views of participants involved. We conducted interviews with 7 participants and found that involvement in the campus garden project led to social and environment engagement among participants and inspired steps. towards a campus model of education for sustainable development.
