What is it about?
Retailers rely on high sales volume and repeat purchases among customers to maintain profitability. Building retail store community has been proposed as one way retailers can compete in today's environment. This study shows that customers' intention to engage with retail store community positively impacts store employee trust, store satisfaction, shopping enjoyment, and overall customer commitment.
