Psychological capital, meaning who we are as individuals at work, influences how we go about solving problems at work. However, who we are is also greatly influenced by the amount of autonomy we feel we have in our work roles. We test these relationships using the PLS-SEM method to find out what positively motivates us to have hope, be confident, resilient, and be optimistic in our work roles.
