Interpretive Structural Modelling was used to develop an interpretive model linking manufacturing and services as the clubbed offering to improve supply chain performance. High-Level managers of automotive organizations were chosen to develop the structural model. Strategies were discussed on how to improve the supply chain performance of automotive organizations by taking manufacturing and services as a clubbed offering.
