Evolution of Quality Management

What is it about?

Most up-to-date data and analysis on the evolution of quality management in Eastern Europe with a special focus on Bulgaria.

Why is it important?

Studies on quality management in former communist economies (except for Russia) have been rather limited. This is the first internationally recognised study on QM in Bulgaria. which provides extremely relevant, up-to-date information on the quality management initiatives in the country. The study challenges the notion that the former Eastern Bloc states, which joined the EU between 2004 and 2007, have been able to close the quality gap with the West. A number of problematic areas have been thoroughly addressed and analysed to help both academicians and businesses interested in Eastern Europe.
