What is it about?
This study challenges the common idea that public services always create value and instead explores how interactions among different groups can actually harm the quality of these services. Using the example of the Electricity eco-system in Pakistan, the research reveals co-destruction of services at three levels: in the ecosystem, with service providers, and for the people using the electricity.
