Why is it important?

Important to understand patterns of adoption of e-commerce in the public sector as there are many potential advantages, this form of technology can offer. From a research perspective, it is also important to have more work which is linked directly to understanding actual business behaviour.

Perspectives

This paper is the culmination of a lengthy study into the adoption and application of digital technology in the public sector. This work was very interesting to me because of the potential comparisons to be drawn between this trading environment and more commercial settings of the retail industry.
