What is it about?

This study examines how sustainable supply chain management (SSCM), competitive advantage (CA), and customer relationship management (CRM) impact organizational performance (OP). Through a questionnaire survey of 93 executives in Chattogram, Bangladesh, it was found that SSCM and CRM significantly affect OP, while CA shows a positive but insignificant relationship. The study underscores the importance of integrating CRM with SSCM for enhancing OP, highlighting the need to respond to consumer demands and industry developments effectively.
