What is it about?
The survival of any organisation depends on its ability to improve its strategic planning. We find that public institutions such as the South African Department of Telecommunication and Postal Services (DTPS) face a plethora of challenges arising from a desire to maintain the status quo, since they find it difficult to embrace the reforms initiated by the new public management (NPM) paradigm.
