What is it about?

In Danish prisons all incarcerated people are supposed to cook for themselves. The study is about how the self-catering system works and how incarcerated people form food-groups and how different roles reflect status and positioning among incarcerated people. the study also shows that the self-catering system gives autonomy and creates a more positive environment.
