Alternative certification system for supply chain sustainability: how stakeholder alignment affects institutionalization

What is it about?

The 113 copies of the multilateral matching questionnaire are collected from applicant farmers, certified farmers, consumers, and auditors within PGS activities of the Green Conservation Label conducted by Taiwan’s Tse-Xin Organic Agriculture Foundation. This study expanded the isomorphism logic to understand the diffusion of sustainability in the supply chain. The research finding indicates that stakeholders' alignment, constructed by the external community, similar background, and value congruence, will accelerate diverse stakeholders' recognition of PGS's sustainable value.
