What is it about?
As SMEs struggles to survive, we propose a low cost solution, such as the cultivation of ambidextrous behaviors to improve the odds of survival. We explore and found that individual and organisational aspect affect ambidextrous behaviors which leads to a higher innovative output among SMEs.
