What is it about?

The work provides an in depth exploration of the improvement practices that a selection of SMEs engaged in, to develop their competitiveness. The work uses the theoretical perspective of Organisational learning to explain this process, highlighting a number of practices that supported the building of competitiveness in SMEs.
