What is it about?

This study proposes an integrated model to explore the relationships between dynamic capabilities and supply chain resilience (SCRE) and their impacts on firms’ financial performance with supply chains (FPwSC) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results show that SCRE mediates the relation between knowledge-based dynamic capability (KBDC) and FPwSC and moderates the effects of KBDC and resource-based dynamic capability (RBDC) on FPwSC. In addition, KBDC is crucial for FPwSC, SCRE, and RBDC. Finally, RBDC significantly suppresses FPwSC.
