What is it about?
The growing events of terrorism have disturbed many social facets including female education. Drawing on this problem, the present study reveals the impact of perceived threats of terrorism on the female teachers’ helping behavior through the mediating role of job stress. This study carries promising guidelines for the security departments, ministry of education, and terrorism affected schools to initiate mindfulness trainings for the female teachers to foster their helping behavior in the risky work environment.
