What is it about?

Organizational stress is pervasive and resilience is increasingly recognized as a critical leadership skill. This study examines the relationships between stress, resilience, leadership style and leader satisfaction/wellbeing. The results identify work process skills (e.g., time management, synergy and cooperation) as the primary resilience factors associated with sustaining constructive leadership behaviors in times of stress.
