What is it about?

We understand precariousness as an extensive phenomenon of precarious employment. It has made it possible to construct a Composite Labor Precariousness Index (CLPI) for a group of EU countries from 1995 to 2019. The values produced by the CLPI for the different countries demonstrate that better social protection for workers implies a lower probability of experiencing insecurity in the labor market.
